A multinational company undergoing a strong expansion process, based in the Bages region (Catalonia)<\/strong>, is looking for an IT Business Unit Manager \u2013 Dynamics 365 Coordinator\/Implementation Specialist<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working closely with external partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for DYNAMICS 365 digitalisation projects<\/strong>, as well as the administration of the local IT infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Main Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Act as\u00a0Functional Coordinator and Key User<\/strong>\u00a0in the implementation of business solutions (ERP, MES and satellite applications<\/strong>), ensuring alignment with the plant\u2019s industrial processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate in the\u00a0definition and validation of requirements<\/strong>, participating in solution design together with the Corporate IT team and implementation partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the implemented solutions in order to participate in\u00a0project decision-making<\/strong>, provide functional support after go-live, maintain systems, and identify and manage basic functional and technical incidents, escalating them to the corporate level when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Perform technical tasks related to the plant environment and digitalisation projects, including installation of\u00a0radio-frequency applications on industrial devices<\/strong>, user management in corporate systems, design and maintenance of\u00a0Docentric document templates<\/strong>, and basic support for workplace IT incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Act as a\u00a0liaison between the plants, Corporate IT and external providers<\/strong>, ensuring smooth and effective communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage, with external support, the\u00a0local network, external connectivity and cybersecurity activities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide\u00a0technical support to users<\/strong>, including hardware troubleshooting, software installation and configuration, connectivity issues, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    *Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Higher or intermediate vocational training \/ degree in\u00a0IT, Systems Administration or a related field<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advanced knowledge of ERP and MES systems<\/strong>, with\u00a0hands-on experience in Dynamics AX\/365 and CAPTOR (essential)<\/strong>, including configuration, functionalities and capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge and experience in\u00a0systems administration, networking, connectivity and cybersecurity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advanced level of English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in the industrial manufacturing sector<\/strong>, with a good understanding of processes and operations, production requirements, workflows, inventory management, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Willingness to travel\u00a0nationally and internationally (approximately 25%)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
